Could you try to change the permissions of the folder media/com_hikashop/upload to 777 and try again ? Can anyone help me please? Thanks")* So the problem is not in hikashop but in the way your server's access rights are configured. Usually, using the FTP layer of joomla solves the problems. Are you sure that you configured it properly ? Are you sure that the permissions of the folder media/com_hikashop/upload are now 777 ? Otherwise, the only thing left is to ask your hosting company since they are the ones who configured your server's access rights...
