Can you tell us with more details when it happens, when adding a specific product ? or something else ? Is that coming when we are logged in, not logged ? Website - www.plumasysinamay.com Please help - many thanks Alan")* I think that your problem is cache related. Do you have installed a cache manager ? Try to disable it and try again. I tried like you said, and yes the products disappear, and when looking for another products, categories, a product appears back in the cart. That's why I think it's a cache issue.
