The bug fixed in the latest version of HikaShop was about the "click twice". Some users had to click twice in order to validate a step and go to the next one. Do you have the joomla alert messages displayed in your template ? Maybe you have an alert message but you don't see it. So, I made a test and I didn't have any problem to go next to the final last step. It works fine with the direct payment. You have a wrong configuration for paypal. I got an error message in the joomla message zone. For paypal (classical), it was a paypal message after the redirection to their website. Maybe it was something wrong in my address.
