Paypal n'a pas encore confirmé le paiement donc HikaShop n'a pas validé la commande. C'est ce que le message dit d'ailleurs. Dans ce cas là, si vous allez dans votre compte paypal, vous devriez voir le paiement avec un drapeau indiquant que le paiement est en attente. Lorsque le paiement sera validé, paypal enverra à nouveau une notification automatique à votre site et la commande sera alors validée. PPID PP341")* Well, when a payment is unclaimed on paypal you have to logon there to accept or decline it. Nothing to do with HikaShop. It could also be because you didn't confirm your paypal merchant email or didn't enter the correct email address in the plugin or that you paid in a currency for which your merchant account does not yet have a currency balance. You should seek advice on the problem with paypal.
