Only when SEF URLs are on, with mod_rewrite. When SEF URLs are off, everything works fine, user gets the mail. Any Ideas? Thanks. Update: When "Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop Plugin" turned off, the user password reset works properly: email sent out to user. If the plugin enabled, after the user enters email the page redirected to Hikashop registration page and no email sent out. Any suggestions? Could you give the different URLs that are generated with and without the SEF for the joomla registration and the joomla user password recovery on your website as well as the version of Joomla you're using ? Thanks.")* Hi Nicolas, When User hits "I have forgotten my password" on login form, redirected here: (**SEF and mod\_rewrite both ON, hika redirect plugin ON**): ../regisztráció?view=reset ..here enters email address, then submits, and redirected here: ../component/hikashop/user/form?Itemid=484 ..which is not good, here should be password reset code confirmation form. When user hits "I have forgotten my password" on login form, redirected here: (**SEF and mod\_rewrite both OFF, hika redirect plugin on**): ../index.php?option=com_users&view=reset ..here enters email address, then submits, and redirected here: ../index.php?option=com_users&view=reset&layout=confirm which is the right URL. In this case, email sent out correctly. I have also attached the actual .htaccess file as txt if it does matters.
