Since it's not attached to any product the delete function is having a hard time. I would advise to delete those entries trough the database while we are look for a solution. When you choose them and try to delete, nothing happens. I have noticed, that the date for all empty votes is 01/01/1970 01:01:00. This never happened before, when everybody was allowed to vote for the product. But after I set the rule to, user must be loged in to vote, this is happening. I think it happens when some one tries to vote and is not logged in, then the system creates an empty vote.... Please provide a link to that page. Regarding the CSS editor, you will only see the row numbers if you have the code mirror plugin published and that you turned on the "display row numbers" option of the plugin.
