We have a problem with the Checkout. shop.cgdu.de Steps to reproduce: 1st Put a book into the cart and go to the checkout (I think the problem only appears with physical goods because there is no shipping option if there are only digital goods in the cart) 2nd Select the shipping option 3rd select the payment option 4rd continue "weiter" You stay at Step 1! If you select the shipping option again, it works and goes directly to step 2 (well.. it shouldn´t because you should click the button to go on). It is also possible to click on step 2 directly in the checkout process bar but some customers don´t know that. How can we solve that? Thanks a lot! Simon")* Hi, Do you have the option to select automatically the shipping method ? But well, in your case I think that activate the option to submit the form when selecting a shipping/payment method will be useful. When you validate a checkout page and a value changed, the step does not grow up in order to let the customer validation the modification. By auto-submitting the form, the process will be automatic. Simon")* It was set to if only if one method is available. I set it and the next option (Automatically transmit delivery and payment method) to "no" to see if it changes something but it doesn´t. I still stick to page one. Simon")* Hi, For what I see, the shipping and the payment methods are not automatically selected. By default, there is no selected method so like I said in my previous post, you have to activate the auto submit. [ www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...ml#checkout\_shipping](http://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/54-hikashop-config.html#checkout_shipping) > Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection : If you deactivate this option the user will have to click on next to validate its shipping/payment selection while if you activate it, the shipping/payment selection will be validated immediately when the user select another shipping/payment method.
