So if you're using it, it's normal that you don't see any captcha on that page. You should see if the captcha plugin of joomla is enabled or not. You should disable it. Please note that this question has nothing to do with Hikashop. You should search/ask on forum.joomla.org where they should be able to better answer to such question than us.
