This will fix your issue. Now regarding your other issues I think that after upgraded you got new settings and you need to resave/recheck them again. That's what I would do my self.... I don't think I have rights to check it via your back-end so please wait for Hikashop team replay before taking any actions and I am pretty sure they will help you. These are displayed by HikaShop because you activated the "Display view files" setting of the HikaShop configuration. Turn that option off and you won't see them. Also, the fact that you don't see the listing of products there is also not linked to a bug of the upgrade. This is because of a problem with the settings of your menu item. We would need a screenshot of the settings of your menu item to be able to help.
