User received 2 copies of confirmation email after success payment

Hi, i surfed across the forum but still cant find a solution for my issue,

after user complete payment on my site, the user will received 2 copies of same confirmation email as per attached screenshot.
how can i disable one of the copy of confirmation email?

I would recommend updating HikaShop. It will probably help.
If the update doesn't help, then I don't see what it could be besides either a wrongly configured mass action (in the menu System>Mass actions) or a third party payment plugin with a bug (which payment plugins are you using ?) or some other plugin.
