Cant open product view in order management

After the last update we cant open the ordered product at the order details page. See screenshots.
We always need to sign in again!?

It still works fine on my end.
What happens when you click on the product name ? Do you get an error in the console of your browser ? What error ?
Which browser are you using ? Do you have the issue with another browser ?
Which Joomla version are you using ?

I think that the issue is that the menu item with the id 323, which is used by HikaShop to display the product frontend page in the popup on your website has been set to not be available for all with its "access" setting not set to "public" in the Joomla menu manager.
