Maybe you have a bug with your description when you save your product ? That can happen with some HTML editors. You can try to change to other editors in the config of HikaShop on the main tab. This is the only item I have a description for so far. also the product name isn't appearing when you lick on the product. You need to go in your product, click on the "manage variants" button and there delete all your variants. Then, return to your product, remove the characteristics and save. Finally, add your characteristics again and save. That will recreate automatically all the variants.
