However, there is indeed no mechanism in place in the plugin to add that information to the email notifications. Adding it would be possible with some development in the plugin. Thank you, Nico")* Hi, Note that the download link will only be added to the email after the link has been added to the order. So you might have to click on the tracking icon of the order on the order listing after the tracking link is available so that it can then be added to the emails. Before the tracking link is generated by MyParcel, and you make an action to retrieve that link in the order data, emails won't have the tracking link since HikaShop doesn't have the knowledge of the URL. Maybe that's why you didn't get the link in the emails ?
