It can be shutoff with a checkbox but I don't like the fact that it appears for Public users. I shut it off so I forgot the exact error but it was something about Google account id needs to be a number. The remarketing plugin is an old plugin that doesn't work with the new API of Google Ads and its AW-xxxx ids. It's only for the legacy system. And that's why you're I've looked into it today. I've done two things: - I've modified the remarketing plugin to clearly indicate it is deprecated and to guide the users to the Google Analytics plugin. - I've modified the Google Analytics plugin to add a few settings to handle Google Ads. Most of the code of Google Analytics already applies to Google Ads so it was pretty straight forward.
