I appreciate your input.")* Hi, I can see that you only have one value for your characteristic, and that you added both prices in your main product. Please first edit your charateristic and enter all the possible values in it. Then, add it to your product (if you already had it, delete it, save the product, and then add it back).Then, remove the prices of the product, and instead, click on the "manage variants" button of the product and enter a price for each variant of the product. I appreciate your input.")* Hi, I applied the same Tax category on each product. For the products that do not have any characteristics, the tax is being calculated and included on the checkout page. But for the products that have one or more characteristics, I can see the tax on the product page, but the product is being added to the cart without the tax and also the tax is not being included on the checkout page. What is the possible reason for this? If you want to change that, you should delete the product line of the order and click on the select icon, next to the + icon of the products listing of the order, and you'll have a popup where you can select the product/variant you want (see the products/variants dropdown at the top of the listing of the popup) and then you'll be able to choose the quantity, change the price etc before validating the adding of the product/variant.
