Do you have caching turned off on your website ? Otherwise, you can also turn off the "Remove products and categories ids in URLs" option of the configuration of HikaShop and that will add the ids of the products in the URLs and avoid such issues. Each product has a title that includes body bar and as mentioned all the products that I set up works fine but this one won't work at all. Otherwise, enter an alias in that product without special characters and it will work too. The issue is with the parenthesis in the product name.
