Unfortunately, the custom field information is not appearing in the orders in the back end CMS after a customer has made a purchase. We've had a look on the forum. Custom fields > Display > back-end listing is set to 'Yes'. Display custom item fields under System>Config>Display was initially set to 'No'. We did set it to 'Yes' after browsing support topics but it didn't make a difference. I've sent you three screenshots including the webpage, the back-end config and the orders page in the CMS (where we would expect to see the custom fields). Can you help us with this issue? Thanks,")* Hi, Try to click on the "check database" button of the HikaShop configuration. It will add the columns for the custom item fields if missing in the order_product table. That could explain the problem. Besides that, I don't know. If you edit the product in the order details page, do you see the custom field and the value in there ?
