So there must be a problem with the file paths you're using. If you edit a file what do you have in the edition popup ? Could you do a screenshot ? Make sure that the screenshot displays the full path or provide it so that we can look at it. By default it's in media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/ So please check the setting in the configuration, and then check that your files are in media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/images/datasheets/etc... or adapt the upload secure folder setting to match what it is supposed to be.
