Make sure that you have media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/ in the File upload secure setting of the HikaShop configuration. 2. Make sure that you only enter Great_Shot_Part_5B_Kinetic_Chain_HDq.mp4 and not media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/Great_Shot_Part_5B_Kinetic_Chain_HDq.mp4 in the "File path" setting of the popup. 3. Make sure that the file extension "mp4" is in the list of valid file extensions in the HikaShop configuration.
