Hope I am making sense.")* Hi, Here is what I would do: - I would download the zip of the install package of the PDF invoice plugin ( [ www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/18-plugin-pdf.html](https://www.hikashop.com/marketplace/product/18-plugin-pdf.html) ). - I would extract that zip in a folder - I would ask an AI like claude code or openai codex to look at the folder content, and tell it what you want to do. - It should normally propose to build a plugin implementing a similar event ( onBeforeMailSend ) and the HTML2PDF library in the plugin with extra code to get data from the order (usually in $data) to generate the PDFs like you need (you'll have to provide template PDFs or something). [ www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/6...tml#onBeforeMailSend](https://www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/62-hikashop-developer-documentation.html#onBeforeMailSend) Of course, you'll probably need some back and forth with the AI, testing, and maybe a bit of manual development. The first approach is something I would do as a developer. The second approach doesn't involve code but is more restrictive in what you can do and requires fiddling with the settings. But I want to turn that off. I thought I would disable that in the statusses configuration for invoice or print invoice, but that is not the case. The help in the plugin says: "By default, the PDF invoice is attached only to the notification email when the order is getting confirmed (based on the setting in the configuration). You can configure here one or several statuses (separated by a comma) so that it overrides the status of the configuration. ". But I cannot find out, where to change the configuration. And I cannot find any other support for this. Hope I am making sense.")* Hi, First, please note that there are two different things: - The "order status notification" email is sent by HikaShop when the order is confirmed by a payment plugin. It is also sent each time you change the status of an order in the backend and you check the notify user checkbox. If you don't want that email to be sent, you can unpublish it via the System>Emails menu. - The plugin will attach the PDF to this "order status notification" email based on the status of the order and what you configured in the plugin or the "invoice" column on your screenshot. All this means that even with all the statuses disabled for invoice, and even with the PDF invoice plugin disabled, the order status notification email will be sent to the user as long as it is published and the payment plugin changes the order status to confirmed. If you still want that email to be sent but you don't want the PDF invoice to be attached by the plugin, then you can keep the email published and enter a status name different from "confirmed" in the order status setting of the plugin.
