Any idea how to solve this issue?")* Hi, It looks like there is a problem with the custom address fields in your database. Plese turn on the "debug mode" option of the joomla configuration and try again to register and it should display an error message explaining the problem if that's indeed coming from that. Also, you can try to disable the custom fields that you created/modified via the menu Display->Custom fields. That should hopefully solve the problem. Then, you can try to recreate them. If you want to change the way that the addresses are displayed, you have to override the view "address_template" (for your front-end template and your back-end template). Only there was still a small problem with some links directing to the Joomla deafult registration form, leading to the same problem of missing address on the stored profile.
