For some reason the export file is messed up when anyone puts a hard return in a cusom field text area. We are asking people to tell up a little bit about themselves and if they use multiple paragraphs the export file counts every return as a new row. Is there any ware to correct this other than editing every entry? HikaShop shouldn't have any problem with return lines, but CSV readers might not all support them. Try to open the CSV with LibreOffice calc and it should display fine (it does on my end).
