My point is I want to know customer email addresses in order to contact them directly rather than having the component sending them automated emails. HikaShop have the custom field feature on the "contact" ; it would be possible to add the custom fields for the waitlist but I'm not sure to see what it can really provide. If I can add a field where customers can put their phone number in that would be awesome because I would like to be able to give them a call back to ask them for a deposit. The waitlist feature is there to send automatic emails to people when the product have regain some stock ; that's why your use of the feature is not the right one for me ; you won't be able to use the data in the waitlist because it's already in a automatic process.
