Ludo")* Bonjour, Ceci semble plutôt être un problème Joomla que HikaShop. En effet nous utilisons les actions de Joomla pour l'enregistrement. Si vous essayez un enregistrement normal sans passer par HikaShop, est-ce que cela fonctionne ? Ludo")* Bonjour, Si vous ne recevez pas les emails, c'est soit un problème avec les options de la section "Emails" de la configuration Joomla, soit un problème avec les options de la section "Emails" de la configuration HikaShop. Donc le mieux, c'est de confirmer avec votre hébergeur que ces options sont correctement configurées. Vous pouvez aussi regarder le menu Users->Emails history pour voir tous les emails envoyés par HikaShop pur confirmer qu'HikaShop envoi bien les emails.
