Thank you!")* Hi, I would first recommend updating to the latest version of HikaShop. Check in the menu Customers>Email history. Do you see the emails there ? If yes, then the emails have been sent by HikaShop so maybe they were rejected by the recipient email server. Otherwise, I also see a javascript error on the page: [ monosnap.com/file/KBC4PTEKQIvpRQ4DKUVNllqcUgQt3F](https://monosnap.com/file/KBC4PTEKQIvpRQ4DKUVNllqcUgQt3F) So that might prevent the javascript from the contact page from working properly.
