A custom field that enable admin of shop to add remark or comments , notes on the order and customer can login to check out the information from order. It seems just copy the order status part's code and insert a string field in the table? I only know little of php and I wonder if you can make it in the road map? because it's a general feature that many other shopping cart already support! Hikashop seems more user-friendly compare to other solution. only this part of feature seems missing! You can do it by creating a custom field of the table "order" via the menu Display->Custom fields in the Business edition. The field will be editable in the backend and the user will see it in the email notification or order details page.
