Customers have been calling in wondering if it went through. Why am I not receiving the e-mails anymore? Nothing seems to have changed, and I checked to make sure the e-mail section looked correct. Any ideas?")* Hi, If it worked before and you didn't change anything in HikaShop/Joomla, maybe it's your hosting company which changed something in the email server that your website uses to send the emails ? I would recommend to check on that issue with your hosting company. That should be able to look at the error log of the email server and tell you what's going on. Any ideas?")* UPG payment plugin. This is working fine though. Customer and administrator got the emails as well!! There have been plenty of orders since and no problems. Of course my client could have deleted it by accident!!!!
