There is an option for the customization, called "Order number format". So why has it now jumped from Y21, then Z22 and now it has jumped to B2B4 and next one B2C5 I have never seen such a strange way of ordering. All that you have to look is the number, if you remove the letters you have "24" and "25" so you have a good ordering even in the order number. Why not **A**2B3 ? I have the same problem as explained here, but in HikaShop Starter version, it is not possible to remove the letters of the order number. You can't change that with the Starter edition with other options in the shop.
