Thanks in advance")* Hi, It probably has something to do with either the settings of the PDF invoice plugin that you can find when you edit the plugin via the Joomla plugins manager, or with the settings of the "order" section of the HikaShop configuration. Thanks in advance")* Hi, So first, it's normal that you don't get the PDF when you click on the "invoice" button of the backend since you turned off the option "override on the backend" in the settings of the plugin. Regarding the attachment of the PDF to the email, the settings look correct to me. Can you check that you didn't turn off the "embed attachments" setting of the Email section of the HikaShop configuration ? What if you write confirmed in the "Statuses for email attachment" setting of the plugin ?
