If you have some PHP Fatal error during one email notification ; it could explain that the email (and the next emails) is not sent. If there are several vendors (several subsale) and the main order status does not change ; the mail won't be sent. It will only contain the vendor's products. > Thanks to these sub-orders, vendor can't see the full main order ; We can know the total of the vendor's products and the vendor total. > The vendor total is the full sub-order total minus the vendor fees. There is no magic in HikaMarket just logic ! It's not because one single vendor say that his order is shipped that the all content of the order is shipped.
