Any idea what is causing this?")* Hi, The custom field display settings have been changed with HikaShop 3. So make sure that the email display settings of your custom fields are activated. Also, if you have customized your emails, the preload version has to be updated in order to use the new display options. So you'd have to remove them via the menu System>Emails.
