Search for "invoice" there. Also, you provided a screenshot of the order invoice, but you didn't provide a screenshot of the order "history" (at the bottom of the order edition page), nor a screenshot of the System>Order statuses menu. Regarding your HikaShop Business, the subscription expired in 2014 for the account naizak. Now you may have purchased/renewed it again with another user and in that case, you want to log on our website with that other user account and enter the URL of your website in the My account>My susbcriptions menu. Otherwise, if your subscription is expired, you can use the renewal link on that page to renew the subscription. Supposing that you deleted the plugin, you can go in the menu My account>My orders on our website, upon the order with your purchase, click on the download link for the plugin, install it on yours and then configure it via the Joomla plugins manager. Regarding the subscription message, try to use the "find updates" button of the Joomla updater. That might help. Click on the order number to open the page. You'll see the link below the product name. Note also that by default, this listing displays only the orders of the last 6 months. You need to change the dropdown on the top right to see more orders (including the one of your purchase of the plugin). So it's no wonder you don't find a download link. Are you sure you purchased it in the past ? Could you provide your order number so that we can look into it ? The only one we provide is the one on your link and we have always charged 10 € for it on our website. Also, HikaShop does not remove plugins with updates so I don't see why you would not have it anymore if you had it before unless someone on your end removed it from the website. Now if it was a PDF when you had VM on the website before switching to HikaShop, then it explains the situation.
