Kinds regards.")* Hi, Yes, the email tags display the raw data from the database. So for the date, you can't do it like that. However, if it's a custom address field, why not add its tag to the "address format" setting under the Checkout tab of the Hikashop configuration ? In that case, the field data will be converted properly and it will appear along with the rest of the address.
