I see this information from HikaShop -> Users -> Customers -> Carts. Here I can see all carts which one may call "abandoned carts" that have been generated and not completed. Can I generate a report of this information? To check why carts are abandoned, you could use Google Analytics on your website. You'll get data on the flow of users and where they stop on your shop during their browsing (like stopping at the first step of the checkout, or stopping before reaching the checkout, etc). But it's hard to get more details.
