Do I need to enable some plugin?")* Hi, It's either a bug (turn on the debug mode and error reporting options of the Joomla configuration and try again and see if you get an error message at the bottom of the page), or your browser is configured to open the CSV instead of saving it (in that case you can try with another browser). Do I need to enable some plugin?")* Disable the "HikaShop Custom Quantity Weight plugin" via the joomla plugins manager and try again and that should help.
