What if you create a new test product and add manually variants to it ? Is it working fine ? If not, so it comes maybe from a view override, some HTML has potentially been removed. Please check if the view "product / show_block_characteristics" has been edited, if yes so please backup it and remove the override. If I delete the Characteristic from the product that has been imported, save the product then add it manually then it appears on the front end. So it must be a problem to do with the way the characteristic is imported with the csv file. I have attached a line out of the csv file used to upload. The strings should be quoted, and the content is not corresponding to the column name, for example the description is "0", please verify your csv file content. If this product is a variant, the product_parent_id must be different than 0, and must be the real id of its parent, else it will not be associated correctly. The products are not variants so do not have a parent ID to attache to them. They have a Characteristic associated to each product which has about 6 variants. I have checked the file and the fields seem to be aligned ok, the 0 in the description was as intended. I added quote marks to the Variant description. I deleted the characteristic on one product and added it again manually then exported it. I then checked that the same fields were populated for the csv import but still the Characteristics do not appear on the front end when imported.. Please send us back the latest csv file you made to check it and try a local import in order to tell you what's happening. We recently added a fix regarding the auto publish variants, so your variants were maybe not published by default after the import... For example, for this product on our demo website: [ demo.hikashop.com/index.php/fr/hikashop/...with-characteristics](http://demo.hikashop.com/index.php/fr/hikashop/product-page/with-characteristics) If you export it, you get that CSV: *This attachment is hidden for guests. Please log in or register to see it.* You can see one row for the main product, and one row for each variant. Do that in the CSV that you're importing and you'll see the characteristic selection dropdown on the product details page of your products.
