The problem im running into is 1) a default variant isnt being set 2) only half of the variants for each product are being imported 2 examples to help understand what i mean: Ex 1: Product: YOUNG CLASSIC DISPOSABLE PROPHY ANGLE LATEX FREE 200pk Variants: 6 Disposable Angle With Soft Purple Latex Free Petite Webbed Cup Disposable Angle With Soft Purple Latex Free Elite Cup Disposable Angle With Soft Purple Latex Free Webbed cup Disposable Angle With Firm Light Blue Latex Free Traditional Webbed Cup Disposable Angle With Firm Light Blue Latex Free Petite Webbed Cup Pink Petite webb LF Variants imported: 3 Disposable Angle With Soft Purple Latex Free Webbed cup Disposable Angle With Firm Light Blue Latex Free Traditional Webbed Cup Pink Petite webb LF Ex 2: Product: Coin Envelopes 2.25" x 4.3.75" 500pk Variants: 2 White Manila Variants Imported: 1 Manila I checked my characteristics and all the variants that are supposed to be there are there so it isnt that they arent matching. The main products don't have a default value entered in the characteristic column (which explain why you don't get any default variant selected for the products after the import). The characteristic columns should be filled for the variants and the main products (if they have variants). 2. The variants don't have a product_code. All the products and variants need to ahve a product_code and it need to be unique.
