The XLS we get is correct. Could you explain how you generate the XLS ? With a mass action ? How did you configure the mass action ? Could you provide a screenshot of its settings ? I got same issue using mass action or using Export function. Orders are displayed correctly on the page, but the unicode data was not correctly exported. Please see attached. Please make sure that you're openning it with the UTF8 encoding and it should display fine. The default encoding is not in Unicode, I have explicitly import the CSV and specify UTF as encoding format and it shows correctly. Thanks for help.
