I've made my files the same settings as those in the docs.")* Hi, It could be a problem with the CSV you're using which doesn't have a valid charset or something ? What is the file you're trying to import ? Or maybe some hosting restrictions ? Anyway, importing from the textarea or a file is actually the exact same thing. So you should be able to import from the textarea all your products.
