For me, whether it's before or after the tests, the file is always valid when I click on the "verify file" button. And the import works the same whether I click on the "process" button or let the cron handle it. So I don't see why you would have that. Ho fatto una nuova installazione su un altro dominio gestito da un altro provider. Il problema si ripresenta. Credo sia relativa alla codifica del file, se il file è salvato con Microsoft Excel mi dà il problema già descritto, se lo salvo con Blocco Note di Windows con codifica UTF-8 quando clicco su verifica file mi dice di identificare la colonna product_name, una volta associata a product_name salvo ma il cron non funziona ancora. Ho anche provato a esportare il file dallo stesso hikashop ma non funziona perchè crea delle righe di prodotti vuote e al momento del Processo mi dà errore sintassi database. Insomma ho fatto molte prove e ma l'Importazione di Massa sembra non funzionare. In tutto questo ho avuto uno strano evento: durante la notte mi è arrivata una mail di avvenuto aggiornamento, come se il cron avesse funzionato una sola volta, nonostante nelle impostazioni ci sia every minutes.
