This is particularly problematic because customers could receive VAT exemptions using invalid VAT numbers. Our solution: We changed the WSDL URL in the vat.php from: to: After this modification, the validation works correctly: * → Rejected * → Rejected * Genuine, valid Austrian VAT number → Accepted Could you please include this HTTPS correction in an upcoming HikaShop update? The default "HikaShop content module" preinstalled with HikaShop can do that. In fact, when you first install HikaShop on a Joomla website, it normally precreates an instance of that module with the title "latest products" which is preconfigured to display the latest products. If you don't have it, you can always create a new instance of that module in the Joomla modules manager and configure the instance to display the latest products. In the order export, the address columns are split into shipping_address_... and billing_address_... columns, and the "Column order and labels" list did not recognise them. They were added after your other columns in their default order, which is why the email comes first, and the labels you type for them were ignored. We fixed it on our end. Download the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours in order to get the patch. No need to change your mass action: run it again. The file will then start with the shipping first name, last name, street, city, post code, state and telephone, then the email, in the order you set, with your labels. The billing address columns still come at the end of each line, in the same order.
