I fixed it on your website. For the payment plugins, it was just a matter of saving the configuration of each plugin in system->payment plugins. I went there and did it for you. Could you put some screenshot on what your doing on your website when it doesn't work ? Paypal does not handle RUB and that's why you don't see it. Try to login/logout of your website or try with another browser or display the currency switcher module and set USD and you should see the paypal payment option.
