In that case, new features are not guaranteed to be usable. The facebook ID is not necessary in order to use the plugin. On our demo website, we don't have any Id set in there and the plugin works. The ID is recommended by facebook so that it will be able to display you some statistics about the clicks on your products in your facebook account. What you need to do is to edit the file show of the view product via the menu Display->Views and add the tag {hikashop_social} in there. That will be replaced by the plugin automatically. As for finding something on the facebook side - couldn't find anything that matched what was explained if it was there that i was supposed to find anything to setup. This is to be clear for a Facebook Page [Business Page] not a user or group. Thanks for the help.
