Is there a Cities dropdown that has somehow been muddled into the Counties dropdown? So the zones data was still there. You should drop the tables jos_hikashop_zone and jos_hikashop_zone_link in the database via phpmyadmin and reinstall hikashop in order to get the new zone data. Surely if the new version nees people to uninstall data first it should say? Could you explain a bit more how to remove (?drop) the tables and where to find them? So it only applies to new installs (where you didn't install hikashop before). phpmyadmin is an application installed by your hosting company for you to manage your database. If you don't know how to access that, please ask your hosting company.
