You can access the configuration of limits via the "limit" button when you're on the products listing on the back end. I am in the same situation, with a closed user group. If possible, I would like to be able to set a maximum limit to each users shopping cart. Example: User "A" can not add products for more than $400 to the cart. User "B" not more than $200 etc. I only need 2 groups, and two maximum amounts, divided between full time and part time employees. Thanks ! And you can also limit the maximum amount to be purchased per order OR per period.
