I remove login_address per the forum and it did remove the registration requirement, but she want for the client to have the option near the end of the checkout. Is there a way to set it up like they have it on this site? I don't even believe that is the problem. Is there someone there that doesn't mind actually providing good support to Hikashop customers? I know there is... I have had them before. We would need that you provide the URL of that page and more information about your version of joomla, of hikashop and whether you have SEF activated or not (and if yes which component you're using), in order to be able to look at the problem (even though it's highly likely that the problem is what is explained in the documentation). I'm not sure what component your are referring to. I always just create a .htaccess file in cpanel and copay the code from htacess.txt. and it works. Feel free to login to Joomla Username>xxxxxxxx Password>xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The state is still not showing up on the registration page. Please help me get this straight.
