Thanks, Regards")* Hi, This looks correct. Maybe it's because of the "use bootstrap design" option of the HikaShop configuration, or some template customization of the view. Or maybe it's simply because your Telephone custom field is not called "address_telephone" ? Also, I see that you're not using the latest version of the ReCaptcha plugin, so I would recommend to download it again install it again, and do the code modification again in it.
