I am trying to set the shipping prices based on percentages but unfortunately I am doing something wrong. for example I am trying to set shipping price to be 10% of the product with a minimum of $2.40 and a max of like $20.00. How do I configure this on the back-end?

Tax category
Price
Percentage %
Minimum price
Maximum price
Include virtual
products price

I've also been trying to include tax but I cannot get it to even show up. I've been going through the help section to no avail.

Thanks!!

So first you need not one but three manual shipping methods.
One for a total price below $24 which would have a price of $2.4, one for a total price above $200 and a price of $20, and one in between with a 10% price.
Also, make sure that the "include virtual products price" option is turned on for your shipping methods.

If that still doesn't work and that you check all the points of the FAQ there
[ www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentatio...ins-listing.html#faq](http://www.hikashop.com/en/support/documentation/integrated-documentation/29-hikashop-plugins-listing.html#faq)
please give screenshots of your shipping methods options.
