The KEY password, I entered just as it is on the .txt file, and the shop ID and API password I entered from the WSXXXXXShopNumber._.1.auth.txt file that has a user id and password in it. I did not select a zone. I uploaded the .key and .pem files to the safe folder and put the absolute path. Please provide a screenshot of your payment plugin options via pm and we might be able to tell you what the problem is.
