Check out Akeeba backup in the extensions directory if you haven't been doing any - it's free and good. I don;t have a Backup and even if I did it wouldn't have helped because some of my site's Hikashop content had stopped working and I couldn't work out why. So, I decided to go for the "reboot" option and uninstall and reinstall Hikashop but I'm now stuck as the installer won't run. I've only been using HS for a few days and like it loads so am happy to go round the mill in order to get my experience and knowledge up. You can manually import the file admin/tables.sql in our package via phpmyadmin if you want to import all the hikashop tables manually after deleting them.
